There are following type of slider support added in Revell theme:

• Revolution Slider
• Nivo Slider
• Flex Slider
• Others

Revolution Slider

The Revolution Slider is enabled by the "Revolution Slider" plugin. This is third party plugin (not developed by us). You can read "Revolution Slider" plugin documentation online Click here to read it.

Nivo Slider

To create Nivo Slider, you first need to create some slides with image and text. Here is step by step details for how to create slides:

• First go to Admin >> Slides section and click on "Add New" link
• Fill the details as described in below screenshot:
  
• Also create some slides as described in previous screenshot.
• Now we need to apply the slider to a page. Go to edit the page on which you want to show the slider. Click on "Slider Area Options" inside the Revell: Page Options box and select "Nivo Slider". See screenshot given below:
  
• That's it. Now the slider is working

Flex Slider

To create Flex Slider, you first need to create some slides with image and text. Here is step by step details for how to create slides:

• First go to Admin >> Slides section and click on "Add New" link
• Fill the details as described in below screenshot:
  
• Also create some slides as described in previous screenshot.
• Now we need to apply the slider to a page. Go to edit the page on which you want to show the slider. Click on "Slider Area Options" inside the Revell: Page Options box and select "Flex Slider". See screenshot given below:
  
• That's it. Now the slider is working

Others

You can show any shortcode based slider using this option. Just paste it's shortcode in the Custom Slider Shortcode box

You can use our built-in slider shortcode [tm-featured-post-slider] to show selected post as carousel slider. Or you can use any third party plugin's shortcode that will show slider.
